Member firms are publicly committed to following the principles outlined below in their conduct toward various stakeholders.

Toward Society

Members comply, in both business operations and assignments, with laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the industry, including those related to data protection, privacy, equality, and non-discrimination in the workplace.

Toward Client Companies

Members fulfill their contractual obligations diligently, act with loyalty and objectivity toward clients, and adhere to good governance recommendations in the execution of their duties.

Toward Competitors and the Industry

Members treat other firms in the field with respect, practice fair competition when bidding for projects, and represent the industry in a way that promotes its credibility and reputation.

Toward Candidates

Members act honestly and fairly in their interactions with candidates, treat them with dignity and equality, and use ethically and scientifically accepted methods in gathering information and evaluating individuals.
