FEX Association’s Annual General Meeting – March 26, 2025

FEX ry (Finnish Exectuive Search Association) held its Annual General Meeting on March 26, 2025, at Event House Bank in Helsinki. The event brought together industry professionals and members to discuss current themes and developments in the field.

The keynote speaker was Clare Mahon, European CEO of AESC (Association of Executive Search Consultants). In her presentation titled "Trends and State of the Executive Search Profession", she offered an international perspective on the evolution of the executive search industry. CEAN serves as the global umbrella organization for our sector, providing valuable insight and benchmarking on worldwide trends.

According to Clare, the industry's total revenue saw modest growth in 2024, and the outlook for 2025 remains cautiously optimistic, with expectations of continued moderate growth. Recent client surveys also indicate that the use of executive search services is set to increase further during the current year.

Following the keynote, the association held its official Annual General Meeting, during which statutory matters were addressed and current challenges and opportunities within the industry were discussed.
