The Annual General Meeting of FEX 19.3.2026

The Annual General Meeting of FEX (Finnish Executive Search Association) was held on March 19, 2026, at the Culinary Institute in Helsinki. The event once again brought together representatives from our member companies and industry experts to discuss current and relevant topics.

The keynote speaker was Annareetta Lumme-Timonen, Chief Investment Officer at Solidium, who presented on the topic: "The perspective of state ownership steering in executive and board appointments – key priorities now and in the future."

Prior to the keynote, FEX Board Member Mona-Maria Ilola gave a short presentation on "The EU Pay Transparency Directive and how pay transparency is transforming the work of executive search consultants."

Following the guest lecture, the association's official Annual General Meeting was held, covering statutory matters as well as discussions on current challenges and opportunities in the industry. 

A new Board was also elected for 2026. Long-standing Chair Sari Salojärvi stepped down from the Board, and we extend our sincere thanks to her for her excellent leadership and for guiding FEX over the years. Mona-Maria Ilola was elected as the new Chair.

The 2026 Board will consist of Stefan Ottelin (Secretary), Sanna-Mari Muukka (Treasurer), Roy Herold and Pasi Honkalahti (Members), and Jouko Pitkänen as a new Board Member.
